Terms of Use

Last updated: August 7, 2026

These terms govern your use of the FeedWindow iOS app, operated by an independent developer in the United States ("we," "us"). By using FeedWindow you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Where these terms conflict with Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA controls for App Store matters.

Not a safety tool

FeedWindow is for trip planning and entertainment only. Go Scores, feeding windows, and forecasts are estimates derived from solunar, tide, pressure, and weather models. They are not advice about water conditions, weather safety, or navigation, and they must not be used to judge whether it is safe to go on or near the water. Always check official weather and marine warnings, and use your own judgment. Fishing, boating, and wading carry inherent risks that you assume entirely.

Acceptable use

Don't reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app or its scores; don't use the app in violation of law, including local fishing regulations. You are responsible for holding valid licenses and following the rules of the waters you fish.

Accuracy and availability

Forecasts depend on third-party weather and astronomical data and may be wrong, delayed, or unavailable. We may change scoring behavior, features, or data providers, and may suspend or discontinue the service. The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. A high Go Score is not a promise of fish.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of FeedWindow. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this URL with an updated date. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
